MyFonts Windows Font Manager is an excellent font managing utility.
MyFonts lets you view and preview both installed and uninstalled fonts. You can install and uninstall fonts individually or in groups. You can also print professional quality specimen sheets, in black and white or in full color. You can also compare fonts. MyFonts even includes a monitoring tool that checks to see if your font system has become unstable.
